Cost of Our Outreach Program
Recently there have been some inquiries by businesses and individuals about sponsoring some part of our many events. The following are the expenses for the 2023 events.
- Youth event at Great Guns-Pheasants and range fee-$1650 plus Food $700.
- Men’s event at Great Guns-Pheasants and range fees-$1400 plus Food $600
- Women’s event at Great Guns-Pheasants and range fees-$1400 plus Food $600
- Tune Camp at Calwood Youth Education Center-$900 per youth
- Youth event at Camp Machasay-$220 for youth and $75 for adults. The total for this event is $4800 plus $650 for pheasants.
- Women’s event at Camp Machasay-$220 for women. The total for this event is $2800 plus $650 for pheasants.
- Men’s event at Camp Machasay-$210 for men. The total for this event is $2600.
- Veteran’s event at Camp Machasay- 0 cost for Veterans. The total for this event is $4200. Our chapter pays for everything including the rental of 2-12 passenger vans to transport the participants
We use about 20 cases of 410 ga. #7 ½ ammunition, 30 cases of 20 ga. #7 ½ ammunition, 10 cases of 12 ga. #7 ½ ammunition, and about 13000 rounds of 22 long rifle ammunition per year. We use 15 to 20 cases of clay pigeons.
